Return Policy:

You may return* merchandise purchased from greenmilehydro.com for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RA). A RA number must be issued within 15 calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 7 calendar days after it is issued as long as it is within bounds of the 15 day return window. *Return Exceptions: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.

Unopened and undamaged items can be returned for a full refund. Buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No refunds on special order items. Refunds will be issued by the original payment method. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Non-Defective items may not be returned if they have been opened or used.

Any defective items must be returned or shipped to greenmilehydro.com during the 15 day return period. After the 15 day window defective items will be covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer will be responsible for shipping or handling charges incurred shipping back to greenmilehydro.com or the manufacturer.

Items that arrive damaged are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to store or manufacturer.

All electronic items covered under manufacturer’s warranty will be replaced as the manufacturer sees fit.

You must keep your receipt.  No receipt. No Warranty

Return Shipping:

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. 
 
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

Shipping Disclaimer: We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. Greenmilehydro.com will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.

Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference. We are not responsible for typographical errors or mistakes on the website. Store policies, pricing, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
